By completing the registration process and clicking the "join" button, you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to all of the following terms of use. 24by7Dating reserves the right to change prices, make changes, add and/or modify the agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the 24by7Dating service indicates your acceptance of changes in the terms and conditions of the agreement. As a member or user of 24by7Dating, every time you use the service, you are ratifying the terms of the agreement and any modifications subsequently made and provided to you by 24by7Dating.

| | Membership |
24by7Dating is a membership-based service available to adults only. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate.
As a condition of membership, you agree to provide true, accurate, current,
and complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration
process, including but not limited to your contact information and billing
information. You also agree to maintain and update this information and to keep
it true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information provided by you
is untrue, inaccurate, noncurrent, or incomplete, 24by7Dating has the right
to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of 24by7Dating.

| | Conduct of Members |
You agree to use the 24byDating site for the purposes of having a personal page and contacting other members to establish a personal, not a business, relationship.

You are solely responsible for the information that you publish or display
on the 24by7Dating service, or transmit to other 24by7Dating members.
You will use the 24by7Dating service in a manner consistent with any and all
applicable rules and regulations provided by 24by7Dating.

You will not post or transmit either to 24by7Dating members, employees, or agents any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates any person's rights, including rights of privacy.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the 24by7Dating site. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other 24by7Dating Members. You will not use 24by7Dating to infringe upon the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person.

| | Photographs and Copyrighted Material |
All Images submitted for display on a personal page are subject to
approval by 24by7Dating, at our sole discretion. Images depicting pornographic
or illegal activities will not be displayed. You agree to abide by federal copyright laws and further agree
not to copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise transfer any such copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise except as provided by federal copyright laws.

| | Liability |
You acknowledge that 24by7Dating cannot ensure the personal security or
privacy of any member as a consequence of any members' meeting or encounter
with any other individual through the 24by7Dating service. Further,
24by7Dating has performed no screening, background checks, or verification
of any information provided to it by its members, and it is the responsibility of each member to take any steps deemed advisable to ensure their personal safety and security.

You acknowledge that we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information that you provide through the internet and your email messages, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties. We are not responsible for the use by others of any information, which you provide to them, and you should use caution in selecting the personal information you provide to others through 24by7Dating. We cannot assume any responsibility for the content of any messages sent by other Members, and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the contents of any communications you may receive from other members.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 24by7Dating Enterprises, its
officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses,
costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees)
relating to or arising out of your use of the 24by7Dating service, including
any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

| | No Warranties |
24by7Dating is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that this
service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions,
and interruptions in the availability of the 24by7Dating service. Where
permitted by law, you acknowledge that 24by7Dating is provided without any
warranties of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied. You
acknowledge that use of 24by7Dating is at your own risk. We do not endorse
the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other
information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through 24by7Dating, or any
user of 24by7Dating, or any other person or entity. You acknowledge that any
reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, or information shall be
at your sole risk.

| | Multiple Memberships |
Currently, members are entitled to a single free premium membership, which
includes their own personal page. It is against 24by7DATING' policy for an
individual to sign up for consecutive trial memberships. 24by7DATING
reserve the right to remove multiple membership accounts.

| | Termination Of Membership |
24by7DATING reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your
access to the 24by7DATING service, without notice, upon any breach of this
agreement. Your use of 24by7DATING is for your sole, personal use.
You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign
or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
